8 Fantastic tips for silky smooth hair!
-Eat well! ... Healthier diet means healthier hair. Skip the fried foods and drink all natural fruit juices.
-Rinse with....beer? Clarifies adding shine and bounce. But make sure to rinse with cool water after... unless you'd like to smell like a pub.
-Don't over brush ... This causes breakage and split ends. Brush only when needed. Also, when its wet... make sure to use a wide-toothed comb instead of your regular brush.
-Don't shampoo every day ... At the very most... shampoo every other day. If you shampoo too often it strips your hair of the nutrients and oils it actually need to stay healthy.
-Condition! ... For the silkiest of hair, don't forget to hydrate your hair with a good conditioner.
-Air dry ... Skip the blow dryer when you can. Don't want to over heat and dry your hair out.
-Don't rely on ponytails ... Yea yea... they are very cute, but save them for bad hair days because over time... they cause breakage, split ends... and somtimes even hair loss!
-Go Dark ... If you can pull it off, color it darker. Darker hair reflects light more than lighter hair which in return, makes your hair look all the more silky and shiny.
